About

Becca attends a lot of conferences and other events for her company. Always professional, organized, and on top of things, she takes both her job and the event very seriously. She registers as soon as she can, remembers her username and password, and arrives on time.

All her responsibilities come at a cost, however. She is very busy, and always in a rush to get things done. She skims instead of reads, so she sometimes misses important details. Since she travels and attends so many events, she think she knows what to expect in a Registration form. So she doesn’t read the instructions, and sometimes her assumptions lead to trouble. She needs her information concise and efficient.
