About
Kelly has attended this event several times now, and enjoys each and every year. This year, however, she wanted to do a bit more, actually contributing to the running of the event. So she decided to volunteer for a few hours. Louise the Registration Coordinator needed some extra help at the beginning of the event, so that’s where she was assigned to help. She’s never used Ungerboeck software before, but only needs to interact with a very small portion, just enough to check attendees in. Louise must train Kelly to use the check in tool, so the easier it is to use, the faster Kelly can get to work.
